"The name's Dyne...... MrDyne."

MrDyne is just my internet username and persona. I do not have a real name presence online.

I have a background in computers, computer repair, electronics technology, and tech support. I work in tech support.

My hobbies have always revolved around technology, computers, and video games. Have a fascination for new and old technology. Quite the knowledge of tech before my time.

My mind never quiets and so I always have a pile of ideas and projects bouncing around in my head.

I like collecting old tech. I own a Curta Type II mechanical calculator, Walther WSR-160 mechanical calculator, typewriter, and a rotory dial Model 500 telephone.

I always have a running legacy PC for Windows 98se and old games.

One of my other weird projects is designing a 3d printed World War II German Enigma Machine that only uses filament and plastic glow-end optical fiber for sending the signals.

During college I started down the ternary computer idea path as a pen and graph paper project during boring tech classes I already knew. I wanted to design and build a hobby protoboard computer out of old ICs but there was already an ocean of 8, 16-bit, etc. A base 3 computer sounded cool.
